Will SoundBlaster Zx be enough for ELAC Uni-Fi UB5 ?

Hello,

Could someone tell me if the integrated AMP in SoundBlaster Zx(specs) will be enough for ELAC Uni-Fi UB5(specs) ?

If not - can you recommend "normal(under 500$)" priced audiophile speakers(for listening to house/dnb/minimal music, gaming and watching movies in that order) ?

The soundcard isn't the issue, its the method with which you'll need to perform to connect the speakers. The speakers you've source although bookshelf speakers will require an amplifier.
