Im thinking about upgrading my storagem i have ssd 120gb only for windows and a rrally old hdd 2tb for files. Id love to buy a 1 tb ssd and 500gb ssd for windows and games. Question is do i need to upgrade my main drive since i could just save everything onto the new ssd of 1tb. Now if i have files on not my main drive but on the 1tb ssd is it going to be slower to load games ?

I'd allot the 500GB for the main drive, OS and have the 1TB SSD for the game's library. That being said, just back up all critical data from your existing SSD onto a portable storage device, like a pen drive, and then format the current SSD. Then plug in the new SSD you meant to allot as the OS drive and install the OS on it.

Please create your bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

For good measure, might want to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Alright, now im on my pc.
CPU: i7 6700K skylake tuned to freeroam up to 4.5ghz
Motherboard: Asus Z270
Ram: 16 Gb ddr4 2133
SSD/HDD: Kingston 120 gb, 2TB HDD
GPU: Rx 480 8 Gb (Need to upgrade or get it repaired)
PSU: 600W Evga
Chassis: Whats this ?
OS: Windows 10 1909 64 bit.

About the gpu, it sometimes freezes and crashes for no reason, it dosent have dust built inside it and has been acting like that from when i bought it. It might be a driver issue even through i have the newest drivers.
