[SOLVED] will stock R5 3600 will bottleneck zotac 2070amp super extreme

For example, take it as my processor is running at stock speed and i just overclocked with zotac 1 click OC software, will the processor will stop rtx card from performing to the fullest? or do i have to OC the processor to oc my gfx. I never did OC neither i am comfortable with it, it would really help me if OC pro help me out in this situation

There will be no bottleneck. And overclocking on the new Ryzen 3000 seems to net very little benefit in performance.
