Everything else seems just fine, but the power supply is not the greatest to be honest.
Also if you are going for gaming, i would recommended 16gb instead of 8, much better in gaming and multitasking.

Thank you for your reply. What is it about he power supply that's not good? The company or the 700W?(Sorry if my question is stupid, I'm really an amateur)

It's not about the company, some of the power supplies doesn't use high quality capacitors and such, that would blow up at certain temp, would you give a budget for a power supply? so i could recommend a good one.

This the build I'm trying to make:
Intel Core i5-9400F
Asus GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Expedition OC
Asrock B365 Phantom Gaming 4
Corsair Value Select 16GB DDR4-2400MHz
Samsung 860 Evo 500GB
Corsair RMx Series RM650x (140mm)
If anyone can suggest me a tower/case and a CPU cooler I would really appreciate it. Budget for both is 120.

You could go AMD and get a cooler with the chip and a faster/better cpu as well.
Saves you money as well!
Otherwise the NZXT 500 is a popular case and good looking.

Hi thank you for your reply. What do you mean by go AMD?(Sorry I'm really an amateur). I was initially about to pick NZXT 500 but then I found out it doesn't support optical drives unfortunately.

AMD are cheaper than Intel and perform as good if not better - More cores and more threads = better in future gaming
You are right the NZXT doesn't support optical, mant Cases have removed this feature now.

Don't forget with a CASE you have to buy a PSU separately.
I added a better GPU, Case, PSU, AMD 6 core/12 thread - comes with Cooler
Here is an AMD build - also including a CASE and PSU - The PSU has to be high quality.
