Will the 212x evo interfere with RAM?

If I have a MSI Gaming M3, will the CM Hyper 212x interfere with the corsair vengeance LED DDR4 3200MHz 16gb? Or will it be a nice fit with no further problems?

Yes it covers some memory slots so you can't see the LED'S
If they sell this where you live buy it. A bit better performance and you can see all memory slots.
