Isn't the Intel Celeron processor an equivalent to the Intel I3 6300T, and what is my graphics - I don't see it

No, the Celeron is hugely inferior to the i3, that celeron is a ultra low power 6w cpu for very light tasks, very slow and not suitable for gaming. The graphics is the integrated graphics in the celeron "Intel HD graphics", which is quite frankly rubbish.

Avoid that computer if you intend on gaming.
