Will the AlphaPep66 fit the KT7A-Raid

I have the OK to purchase a mobo today and I already have the AlphaPep66. I want the KT7A-Raid

Bottom line..will it fit?

NO, it will not clear the capacitors next to the socket. The Alpha PAL6035 fits, and from the tests I have seen comparing the two, the PAL6035 cool as well as the PEP66T.
