Will the AMD A10 APU 7850K run with a RX 470 4GB ???

Hi Guys,

I have CPU AMD A-Series APU KAVERI A10-7850K Quad
Core 3.7 GHz 4MB of Cache Not Overclock, I want to put card Is it tips.
Do buy GTX 960-RX 470-RX 480-GTX 970-R9 390 ?

My build:

- FM2A88X Extreme4 +
- AMD A10 7850K (No Overclock)
- CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper D92
- GPU INTEGRATED R7
- Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB 2 x 4GB DDR3 2400MHz C11
Memory Kit (6.92 GB usable)

-WD Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 7200rpm
-Corsair CX Series 750 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Bronze

I have an RX 480 with a FX770K Quad Core AMD processor and everything works great. Either the 470 or the 480 would be a awesome upgrade!

Your power supply needs to have a separate 6 pin power connector for GPU power. If not, you need to consider a new power supply or add an external power supply for this purpose. I had to add an external power supply because my internal power supply and motherboard were OEM custom and could not be easily changed.

Great modular power supply. Check to see if you have a 6 pin GPU power cable that came with it.

I've had several people tell me that I should have bottlenecks but I can play all 1080P games at max settings and some 4K games at medium settings. Happy so far.

Noticed you have a crossfire/dual GPU card motherboard!

As part of the installation, you'll remove the software drivers for your integrated GPU just before you install the new stand-alone GPU and it's drivers.

FYI: You can install a GTX 1060 if you like Nvidia

I'm running stock clock speeds on my CPU so don't think you need to either. Your choice if you want to try it.
