Will the AMD FX-8350 Bottleneck my rx 560 4gb

Currently I'm running a GA-970A-D3 Motherboard with an Amd phenom II x4 965 processor overclocked to 3900 mhz and an Aero rx560 4gb oc edition gpu with 16gb of ddr3 gskill ram. I have been playing a few games and have noticed that my cpu bottlenecks the crap out of my gpu. My question is if I upgrade my cpu to an amd fx-8350 will it still bottleneck my gpu? I can't afford to upgrade both my motherboard and cpu so I need to stick with my motherboard which is an am3 socket. What are my options so I don't run into bottle necking issues anymore?

The 8350 should not bottleneck it. But you will want to start considering a full platform upgrade. Have you tried overclocking the 965 to see if that alleviates it?

Allot of games are going multi-thread and the 8350 has really aged well.
Of course some game will always hate AMD like GTA5
