Will the an Intel core i7 work with a Dell Poweredge R410 System Server Motherboard?

I have an Intel core i7 processor, and I'm wondering if it will work with a Dell PowerEdge R410 System server motherboard. The core i7 and the Dell Poweredge R410 both have socket LGA 1366. Oh God no, that is such a cheap motherboard, I wouldn't use it with an i7 if you paid me.
