[SOLVED] Will the Aorus gaming pro WiFi Z370 be good enough for 5ghz with 9700k?

As the title says. Already have the Z370 and don’t want to spend money to get Z390 if it isn’t necessary.

There is a reason they cane out with the z390 boards. The 9700k AMD 9900k are power hungry CPUs. I wouldn’t even run a 9700k on that board, let alone overclock it, but to each their own. Looks like your board has a 6+1 phase vrm if you are talking about z370 gaming pro. Z390 is 12+1 and made for the extra voltage
