Will the Artic Freezer 7 Pro rev 2 fit on the motherboard Asus M5A97 R2.0

First time building PC , I need to know if the cooler will not block the ram slots or pci slots on the motherboard. Going to use Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB (2X4 GB).
