Will the ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 Motherboard work with an amd 8350?

I am looking to build my first pc, just wondering is the motherboard will support an amd fx 8350.

Yes it will!

Number four from the top of the "FX" CPUs are the 8350, since BIOS 1.10 it's supported, so you most likely wont even have to do a BIOS update here.
