Will the Asus Xonar make my headset sound better?

I'm currently using an astro mixamp and the audio sounds great (i have no soundcard just using mobo). will it improve audio quality even with mixamp? also will i be able to plug my mic jack into asus xonar? im using sennheiser gaming ones

If you get a soundcard scrap the mixamp since it's useless. Basically the mixamp is an external sound card
