Will the Cooler Master Elite Knight be big enough?

Will the Elite Knight 350 Case be big enough for the gigabyte gtx 970 windforce 3, with an ASUS B85M-G Motherboard. I have a GTX 750 2GB graphics card in right now. Thank you for your answers.

The case can support up to 315mm gpu http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/k350-rc-k350-kwn2-en/ if this is your GPU ( 310mm) http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5212#sp it is very closed to the limit.
Recommend to find other gtx970.
