Will the Cooler Master Hyper 212 fit in the Asus P8H61-MX?

2 of the ram slots are filled and I am using the Zalman Z11 PC case. Will it fit without interfering with anything?

I have a similar board - P8H61-M LE/USB3 - and am looking to buy the Hyper 212, but I'm unsure if it will fit. The case I have will be fine....it's just the RAM slots I'm not sure about.

Thanks for the post SR-71, but I've already seen that video and that's not the same board. It's not even an ASUS board.
