Will the cooler master hyper 212x fit my mobo?

Hello, I was looking to see if the Cooler Master Hyper 212x fit on my ATX mobo. It is a gigabyte h370 hd3.

Will it go over the ram slots?

Also is there a standard distance among ATX cases between the first ram slot and the cpu socket? Thanks in advance

If there is any issue with clearance it will usually affect the 1st ram slot-Unless you are planning to occupy all 4 ram slots I'd say you're going to be fine.
