What game do you want to play? the only game I now of that the 8350 will beat an i5 3570 is crysis 3, but in a games like Guild wars 2 the 8350 doesnt do so well. 16Gb of ram is too much for gaming 8gb is more than enough. Thats a great power supply but more than needed for a single 7970 but almost to small for 2.
This system will overclock well and will power a 2nd 7970 if you want to add one later
