So I'm wondering, will the CPU cooler (http://www.bequiet.com/en/cpucooler/233 couldn't find it on pcpartpicker so i chose a seperate link) fit with the RAM? Will it fit in the case? (If you see any other compatibility issues in the build please let me know.)

And what would YOU grade my build? (Gaming for most of the part)

Well, it's funny because I include that in the main text. It's mainly for gaming and light image/video editing. What's wrong with the hard drives the psu and the ram?

What game do you want to play? the only game I now of that the 8350 will beat an i5 3570 is crysis 3, but in a games like Guild wars 2 the 8350 doesnt do so well. 16Gb of ram is too much for gaming 8gb is more than enough. Thats a great power supply but more than needed for a single 7970 but almost to small for 2.
This system will overclock well and will power a 2nd 7970 if you want to add one later

That's a nice build, but won't the AMD and the Intel perform almost similarly in games (FPS difference not visible) but AMD overpowering the Intel due to its core advantage? And what's the difference between the CX, TX and HX in Corsair, do they run better than SeaSonic?

You see, I'm not very interested in Guild Wars 2, and the Radeon 7970 has a two-game bundle giving Bioshock Infinite and Crysis 3. And yes, I am going to overclock, and probably Crossfire in the future with two 7970s whilst saving money for now. Does that mean I should go with an Intel instead?

Personally I would stick with Intel at the moment but the 8350 isn't too bad either, and you may even want to wait a bit as Intels Haswell cpu's will be released in ~a month and they use a different socket(socket 1150).

The i5-3570K is the stronger gaming CPU overall. It also cheaper, runs cooler, uses less power. FPS-wise, the difference is very minimal.

CX is for basic builds that does not require heavy performance. TX is more for gamers with heavy load and performance. HX is TX with some modularity. AX is a step above HX -- fully modular and all gold certified. Hierarchy goes like this: CX < TX < HX < AX.

With corsair I would rate the HX and AX on the same level as Seasonic(as some are actually made by seasonic for corsair). When ti comes to power supplies the only brands i buy are Seasonic, Corsair and XFX. I currently run a Corsair AX1200i.

id definitely not recommend the strikyer when you are throwing in a board that isnt very high end and when its half the size of the entire motherboard tray

-you dont need more than 8gb of ram for gaming. but if you want the extra ram, go ahead with it
-fast ram is useless
-id get the phanteks tc12dx instead of the d14. almost half the price but still cools pretty well
-id get a bigger SSD over a barely faster one.
-i see no reason to get a caviar black drive when a seagate is much cheaper and just as good. bad units happen all the time and its unavoidable
-id get a 670 as of now due to the runt frame issues with the 7970 CF. but then its your call on that
-much better psu. i see no reason to recommend a corsair tx,hx, or ax as of now

Yep I know, the Flextronics units are still at the same level of quality as Seasonic. Corsair uses 4 manufactures Flextronics, Seasonic, channel well, and Chicony.
