I want to install the EVGA SuperNova G2 1300w on my PC.

I want to install it with the HD 7990, specifically this model.

My mobo is the Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H Intel Chipset

If anyone could help that would be great, as I am unsure whether to buy or not.

edit: I know the 1300w is overkill, but its cheap and if in the future I want to crossfire I won't have to replace the PSU. Will a large power supply damage the system?

Yes, it will work for your system, however it's a bit of overkill unless you intend to have 3+ graphics cards installed and are going to do a lot of overclocking. If you only intend to use 1 or 2 video cards, and do minimal or no overclocking, you'd be fine with a 900-1000W PSU (and maybe less than that).
