Will the FX - 6300 Vishera bottleneck the MSI GTX 760 2gb

Hello everyone i was asking this question because my friend wants to get a new comp: His rig is:

CPU: FX - 6300 Vishera 3.5 ghz

MOTHERBOARD: Asus M5A97 R2.0 32GB DDR3 AMD Motherboard.

PSU: Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU.

GPU: MSI Geforce GTX760 2GB DDR5 NVidia PCI E Graphic Cards (N760-2GD5-OC).

Internal HDD: 1tb Seagate Barracuda.

MONITOR: AOC 22inc LED Monitor - Black And White (e2262Vwh).

RAM: Corsair 8gb 1600 mhz.

CABINET: CM K380

To my understanding, a single GTX 760 isn't really anything so special that it's going to require a more powerful cpu to run it. However if you add a second 760 and cross over into SLI territory there might be some issues.

An FX 6300 at stock speeds should be sufficient for a single 760.
