I am ordering the AMD FX 8320 because my 4130 has some broken pins. Will the 8320 work with my motherboard which is the GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3?

Yes, both the FX-4130 and 8320 are socket AM3+. Your motherboard is also AM3+.
