My model is the Optiplex 760

There were 2 different MB for the 760 one is limited to 2 core CPU and the other supports Core2Quads. The GTX950 requires a 6 pin PCIe cable that your PSU won't have. Get your Dell MB number and search CPU support. If it supports any quads then Q9650 is the biggest, Q9550 is popular. If 720p resolution is OK for you then a GT730 1GB DDR5 card will work well also. With MSI afterburner a 25-30% overclock is possible and video benchmarks in the mid 30fps on high/ultra are possible. If you could swap it for a Mid Tower with Core2Quad support life would be easier. Then heatpipe coolers, biger PSUs , and full height video cards would be possible.

its an optiplex 760

SFF are limited to single slot low profile gpu's

best you can get is a gtx 750 ti like this:

also that processor wont work

the 760 comes with a core 2 duo ( maybe core 2 quad )
