I am asking this because in one website, I saw that this motherboard does not have 4 pin connector for fans

GIGABYTE B250M DS3H has headers for CPU and system fan, both are PWM controlled.

GIGABYTE B250M DS3H are all four pin PWM connectors. Not sure what you mean by F8.

If a fan is marked as PWM, it HAS to have 4 pins. Otherwise it is not PWM fan.

It means there's an error in this description. Common thing on 3rd party websites. When in doubt, always consult manufacturer's page for specification.
