Will the Gigabyte Xtreme 1060 fit in the Zalman R1 case with a GA-H110m-A? Possible PCIe alignment problem

I have the GA-H110m-A motherboard, and the PCIe slots do not appear to line up very well with the slots on the back of the case. I am worried that the card will not line up properly, especially due to it's size. I am also wondering whether or not it will cover up the other two PCIe slots. Should it be alright or should I go with the 1060 6GB windforce instead? I want the Xtreme version because of the LEDs. Are there any other 6GB 1060s with LEDs in them? Sorry for so many questions, thanks ahead of time!

From the looks of it, you have to definitely sacrifice one Pcie X1 slot beneath the PCIE slot the card occupies, if not both of them. That wont change with the Windforce card as well. 1 pcie x1 slot would be barely usable even if you go for the mini 1060 GB cards. However, with the mini cards, the other pcie x1 slot wouldn' be blocked.
No matter what is the motherboard (ATX or Micro ATX), there should not be a problem aligning the GPU slot with the back panel. The case is built to accommodate all form factors and so the motherboards with GPU are designed to fit in almost all mid tower cases. You should be good , unless there is an rare and unfortunate misalignment.

I ended up getting the 1070 Rog Strix and it fit fine. Thank you though!
