will the Gigabyte Z97N-WIFI support the g3258 out of the box?

I'm getting both parts from dabs and am wondering will both work out of the box without any bios update.
I only have amd cpus a10 5800k lying around no intel cpus.....
so i need an answer a maybe is a guess so i need a yes or a no it shows the bios on most cpus to be f2 the bios http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4993

The CPU should work out of the box as the z97 chip set was designed to work with the haswell processors like the pentium g3258
