Will the GPU be bottlenecked

Thinking of getting a Asus Strix R9 390 Gaming 8GB GDDR5 and not sure if it will work at 100%

and my specs are:

CPU: intel i5-4430 at 3.00GHz
Ram: Dual-Channel 16GB at 1300MHz ish
Motherboard: ASUS HHB1M-PLUS
PSU: CX-600

No bottleneck, I'd recommend a new power supply though, you will probably run into problems with a low quality corsair

Really depends on the game and what kind of bottleneck you mean...but no. That CPU won't bottneck that GPU in 98% of games.

For starters replace the power supply -------- CX Series Are Very Poor
Once that is done I would look into an R9 290 as it offers very identical framers / performance at around $220 US . Only difference is price and Vram........
Neither one of these cards will run on your current psu
