CPU: i5 6400
RAM: 8GB DDR3

It is my pre-built Dell Inspiron 3250 PC.

Please tell me will a GTX 1050 Ti fit?

no, it won't work, you will need a new PSU which may be difficult in that form factor. Not to mention you'd have a hell of a time trying to keep that thing cool there is little to no space in that PC
