Question Will the gt 1030 fit

Hello everyone! I currently have an Optiplex 755 small form factor system with an intel core 2 quad Q6700 and a Quadro fx 1800. In the next month or so I will be getting an Optiplex 990 desktop, from an office for free with an i3-2120 but since I'm going to game on it I want a GPU. On my Optiplex 755, my GPU is bottlenecking the CPU so I was already planning an upgrade. So my question is, Can the Gigabyte gt 1030 OC 2GB version with the big single fan fit into my Optiplex 755, the system has a 250W PSU, I heard that the PCIe slot can only provide 25W or something like that, but since my Quadro fx 1800 is working without any problems I don't see a problem with the gt 1030 not working, but I'm worried about the fact if the GPU will fit since its a small form factor, oh and I don't mind the system being open without the side panel.
