Will the GT 640 Work with my current build

Here is my build

Processor : Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Motherboard : Intel Cold Lake DH67CL
PSU : 430W Corsair ( link )

The card I want is : Nvidia GT-640

P.S : I'm also buying a 8gb DDR3 ram @ 1333mhz in additional to the 4GB DDR3 i already have.

Thanks for your swift reply , i knew it would work too , but i had my doubts about whether the New RAM and the GC would be able to work in the current PSU i have. Anyways thanks a lot.

that should work (minimum PSU is 350w for that card) , make sure if you have one 4GB RAM stick to get 2 more 4GB ram sticks, not a single 8GB + your current 4GB.
