Will the GTA V play on a laptop with 8th gen intel i3 and intel uhd graphics 620?

My laptop description says:

Intel Core i3-8130U 2.2Ghz with Turbo Boost up to 3.4GHz

Intel UHD graphics

1000 GB HDD

20GB Memory: 16GB Intel Optane Memory+ 4GB DDR4 Memory

"20GB Memory: 16GB Intel Optane Memory+ 4GB DDR4 Memory" that's not correct. Optane helps the storage speed by acting as a cache, it does not add to the ram.

So with only 4gb of ram and an igpu GTA V is not going to run at a playable level. Upgrading the ram to 8Gb may help it be playable but it's not going to be a good experience.
