Will the GTX 1050 Ti work on my system?

My specs :
CPU - AMD Athlon II x2 240
Mobo - Asrock N68 S3
GPU - it's a mobo onboard gpu (geforce 7025 nforce 630a)
RAM - 3GB DDR3
The PSU is 550W

I'm thinking on buying a GTX 1050 Ti but I'm not sure if my system can handle it (I mean, I know that the CPU will bottleneck the 1050 Ti , but I don't know how much) . So if it works, are the bottlenecks going to be very significant ? And if it doesn't work, can a cheap 1050 Ti build be recommended.

It will bottleneck. I gave my nephew a Phenom II X4 980BE (top quad core AM3 they ever made) with an original HD 7950 (non-boost model). It bottlenecks that, but still gives him a pretty enjoyable gaming experience.

What AM3 CPU do you have? They made a lot of different ones you know.
