Will the GTX 1080 Ti work with my motherboard?

I just bought a GTX 1080 Ti but now I'm not sure if it'll work with my motherboard which is a LENOVO 056851F. Is it compatible? Thanks for any help!

Several considerations.

1. PCIe x16 slot
2. PSU wattage
3. Motherboard BIOS
4. Size

1 shouldn't be a problem.
2 is unknown, though I would suspect it will be a problem.
3 is unknown as I'm not familiar with Lenovo's desktops and whether they lock the BIOS (preventing certain upgrades).
4 is something you can check.
