Hi,Of Course it will work, but you will need a better PSU. That unit you have is garbage. If I were you, I would get a high quality 650w unit atleast...

Old = noHi,

I'll try to find some 650W in good price for me Thanks!Low quality units have a higher probability of failure under load. I wont risk it.
ah ok i got you. Will try to do something in this situation..Old = no
Low quality = risky (some people used low quality PSUs throughout they're lives and never had problems, but that's not recommend)

It might or might not work. But I wont take that risk with such an expensive card.I'll try to find some 650W in good price for me Thanks!
But is the 550W (my current supply power) wont hold the GTX 1080?? (i mean, the 1080 wont work with the 550W?)
thanks for helping
even if i saw that the recommended is 500W ?It might or might not work. But I wont take that risk with such an expensive card.
Wattage or 80+ certifications don't mean it's good. A good PSU is all about the components used to craft it.even if i saw that the recommended is 500W ?
ofc, but for now.. will it be alright?Wattage or 80+ certifications don't mean it's good. A good PSU is all about the components used to craft it.
Let's hope you'll be alright, just don't delay the PSU upgrade too much. Wouldn't want any problems with a new GPU.ofc, but for now.. will it be alright?
because i dont think i can afford a new PSU for myself..
Lets say like 1 month... will it be cool?Let's hope you'll be alright, just don't delay the PSU upgrade too much. Wouldn't any problems with a new GPU.
Yes, it should be cool. But I'd skip gaming for a month just to be safe.Lets say like 1 month... will it be cool?
Random restarts without warning, Bad performance, black screens(probably). And if the PSU lacks proper protections, it might even blow up. You should aim for a proper 600W/650W PSU to be on the safe side. And another question... What can happened with 550W and 1080 for too much time?
Yes, it should be cool. But I'd skip gaming for a month just to be safe.
How is the "ANTEC PSU 600W VP600 Plus" foe proper power..?Random restarts without warning, Bad performance, black screens(probably). And if the PSU lacks proper protections, it might even blow up. You should aim for a proper 600W/650W PSU to be on the safe side.
Antec VP series are crap. Only usable with low power GPUs or integrated GPUs.

Ok. But get a 1660Ti if the pricing is similar to 1660super in your region. Btw, your monitor resolution and refresh rate?Thank you guys for all the help!
I will go with my current plan, buying GTX 1660 Super and stick with the 550W power supply for now...
And when time comes I'll upgrade my Pc more and more.
I dont know if its good (kinda old)Ok. But get a 1660Ti if the pricing is similar to 1660super in your region. Btw, your monitor resolution and refresh rate?
Refresh rate??I dont know if its good (kinda old)
24"LED MAG H2400 ,
1920X1080 FHD ,
5 ms.
Refresh rate: 60HzRefresh rate??
GTX 1660 Ti can take care of things till 75hz, And easily gets almost constant 60fps in all games.
1080 was overpriced in the first place anyway.
