Hi,
to my old pc there is an old 600W.. should i use it? (kinds very old 6+ years)
-And if im sticking for now with the 550W PLUSE it wont suit to the Graphic card?
Old = no
Low quality = risky (some people used low quality PSUs throughout their lives and never had problems, but that's not recommend)
This'll help.

Lets say like 1 month... will it be cool?
Yes, it should be cool. But I'd skip gaming for a month just to be safe.
And another question... What can happened with 550W and 1080 for too much time?
Random restarts without warning, Bad performance, black screens(probably). And if the PSU lacks proper protections, it might even blow up. You should aim for a proper 600W/650W PSU to be on the safe side.

Thank you guys for all the help! :)
I will go with my current plan, buying GTX 1660 Super and stick with the 550W power supply for now...
And when time comes I'll upgrade my Pc more and more.
