Yes it will fit in your mobo, question is will it fit in your case .
the 560Ti is about 10inch +/- get some measurements.

and yes u have to take out that card but u can put it in the lower slots

and are u sure your PSU can handle the 560ti ?

No, my current PSU is garbage, I want to get a new one but the thing is i dont think my case can fit a new PSU. My case is Height: 38.7 cm (15.23 inches)
Width: 17.5 cm (6.89 inches)
Length: 41.4 cm (16.29 inches)

Should it be able to fit something like
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_226&products_id=17085

and the gtx 560 ti?

I am also a bit confused on what is the width, height and depth of the PSU... Could you help me out? :p

If ur current PSu is a standard ATX PSU, I doubt it cant fit .
PSUs are generally the same size.

What you should worry about is the distance between the hard Disk change and the other end of your case.

BTW, nice choice of PSU. Good enough for Quad SLI, I'd say

So it's okay if the PSU goes over the little half circle thing than you can push in, thats at the end of the PSU in the case?

Im a bit confused with your description, what does ur OEM PSU say ?
it should contain form factor as part of the list of info on it's side
I'd have to have a look, let me just open my pc and get some measurements and such. By the way thank you for your help so far :D
