Like the title says, will the gtx 750 ti be good enough (in combination with the amd athalon x4 860k) to play games on the Oculus Rift(and if so what range of graphical settings)? I plan to use the SuperClocked Evga gtx 750ti if you were wondering.

Please do note: The likely final spec for Oculus Rift is 1440p, with 90Hz refresh rates. This is the assumed spec of the unreleased (yet critic previewed) Crescent Bay build (beta 3) of the Oculus Rift.

1440p eliminates the "Screen Door" effect caused by lower resolution displays, and 90Hz appears to be the necessary refresh rate for high speed in-game movement (either of your head, or of elements you are watching fly past you at high speed). Refresh rate is actually extremely important, as slower speeds can cause 'tearing' effects on high-speed action.

I do not know whether the GTX 750 Ti can handle these presumed final specs for the consumer Rift.

I don't understand what your trying to say.

The oculus rift is basically 2 small 1080p displays right in front of your eyes. If your 750 Ti can play games at 60fps on 2 1080p displays then it will be good for the oculus rift. I'm pretty sure the 750 ti can't do that.

Thanks for clearing that up. I know the 750ti can play battlefield 4 with med-high settings with over 60fps and seeing that most the oculus rift games i know of have lower graphical settings than battlefield 4 and think it could work.
