Will the GTX 750 TI bottleneck with my CPU?

I'm thinking of upgrading my GPU and and I'm wondering if there will be any significant bottleneck. I currently have an intel 2 duo core E8400 3.00GHz and I'm currently eyeing the ASUS GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 750 Ti.

Depends from games.
But in most cases stock speed E8400 will hold back GTX 750 Ti even on 1080p.
Here this youtube guy have tons of benches with 750 Ti and some of them are with E8400, so you can look for your self and judge.

you should be fine. gpu usage will run in the mid 90's , close to 100%... Hope this works out well for you
