Will the GTX 750 TI work with a HP xw4600

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if a GTX 750 TI work on my computer (HP xw4600)

My specs:
Computer: HP xw4600
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo: E6850 clocked @ 3.00GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR2-800 (2x1GB)
PSU: 475 watts
Current Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro FX 1700

Also, I am planning to upgrade my ram to 8GB DDR2-800. On HP's site it says ECC ram. I'm assuming I can just buy non ECC ram, correct?

HP shipped that with as much as a Quadro FX4800 which required a 6 pin PCIe power plug. As long as your card doesn't require more than a single six pin PCIe power plug you should be OK.
