Easily. That motherboard will fit both the GPU you have selected, in fact, it will handle any GPU. It will also fit and overclock an Intel i5 4690K too.

If you plan to use a locked i5 4460 or similar, there are likely cheaper motherboard that would do as well unless you have a special reason for wanting a Z97 chipset board.
