Will the Gtx1050ti low profile (4gb GDDR5) work with hp elite 8300

I have a HP compaq elite 8300 convertible microtower

The motherboard model number is
657096-001

I was thinking of buying the zotac's gtx 1050ti low profile version (4gb gddr5) since my psu has only 320w do you think it work? will there be any problems?

The power supply is cutting it close, however you shouldn't run into any issues. As long as your motherboard has at least one pci-e x16 slot open you shouldn't have any compatibility issues

If the 1050 requires a power connector, you can forget it. The 8300 does not have a pcie power connector.

Are you sure about this? what if i want to add some ram (8gb atm) and upgrate my harddrive will that cause any issues?

Just checked specs for your Zotac and it looks like you are good to install it. It doesn't require additional power than from the pie slot. You won't have ram issues, but if the gpu is too long, it will cover the sata jacks on mobo. I own an 8300 conv microtower myself.
