Will the HyperX Fury SHFS37A work on SATAII

Hey, I am planning to build a media server out of an older PC, it doesn't have SATAIII. So I was wondering if the HyperX Fury SHFS37A would work?

yes it will. it will 'downclock' itself to sata2 speeds.
