Question Will the i3-9100f work with the GIGABYTE H310M S2 2.0 motherboard?

Hello, I want to purchase a new PC and I have a question. Will i3-9100f work with the Gigabyte H310M S2 2.0? Do I need to update the bios?

Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M S2 2.0
CPU: Intel Core i3-9100f 3.6GHz
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1060 STRIX GAMING 6GB GDDR5 192-bit
RAM: HyperX Fury Black 2x8GB DDR4 2666MHz CL16
PSU: Corsair VS Series VS550 80+ 550W
SSD: SSD Kingston A400 240gb SATA-III
Case: Segotep Polar Light Black

Supports it since BIOS F11, and the earliest seems to be F2. Possibly need to update BIOS before the CPU can be used.
