Basically how long will the graphics card last with it. I'm hoping for 5 year at least. What do you all think?
Also I'm only going to be playing the total war games. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Your GPU will play most current games with medium to high settings, and it should last for years if you take care of your system. But with all hardware it will be out dated in a few years as games evolve. In fact Nvidea are coming out with the new 700 series GPU's in the next few months. Also prices will continue to drop. What you should do is either wait or go with the GTX 650 Ti Boost, and then when you see a GPU that is 2 to 3 tiers better for the same price purchase that. Every 2 to 3 years we need to upgrade because games and components continue to change.

Ok thanks, how much do you wreaken a Nvidea 700 series will cost as I'm not actually getting the pc for 3 month but I just doing some research now since I'm customising my first pc.
Also I think the GTX 650 ti with the i5 3570 will run shogun 2 on ultra if I turn AA off.

Not sure of the pricing but should be the same or lower as the current pricing for the GPU's, because AMD just lowered prices so they always try to match or lower the prices to compete.

Ok thankyou.
