Will the i5 4460 bottleneck/throttle an msi nvidia gtx 970?

So I just want to know if this processor would severely affect this gpu or not. If it does should I go for a cheaper gpu and get a better cpu? Is there a difference between battleneck and throttle?

No, i5 4460 is great value CPU and it should not bottleneck gtx 970.
