For PSU, i would recommend XFX, SeaSonic, EVGA, Corsair (AX or RM series) they are good brands for PSU and trusted circuits.
For RAM, well G Skill, Corsair, Kingston.

EDIT: now i see your web, well, the best PSU listed in that site is Corsair RM550, and still is not the best PSU. (i'm not good with prices because i'm not from EE UU, but try newegg) and for RAM , you're plenty fine, the site list everything what i mentioned.

I dont know how 'Patriot' brand works, but well, 8gb are 8gb, you will be able to play it in very good conditions.

PS: If you're planning to buy THAT pc, i would change the PSU & RAM if you want in a future add a GPU to help. Feel free to ask, dont worry.

On what quality do you think?
Can you please find me a better psu and ram then? On this site http://www.msy.com.au/qldonline/ (I not buy it, depending on how much money I earn within this year)
