I doubt you'll bottleneck it, and maybe only in the most CPU intensive games. You should be just fine with very little bottlenecking if at all.
I mostly play pubg which takes a lot of CPU power would it have any affect on the fps in this game?
PUBG is very poorly optimized, and even the beefiest of systems have trouble keeping stable FPS in that game. My system does not keep a consistent 60fps, and at times I drop into the 30 fps range.
That being said, you should be fine to have decent FPS on PUBG, 60 fps most of the time with pretty consistent frame dips, not due to your hardware but due to the game's optimization.
Any other game will run 60fps pretty smoothly.
