Will the i5 760 3.4ghz OC bottleneck a GTX 760?

Pretty much what the title says. I have a GTX 470 and want to upgrade my PC in a cheap way. If that card does bottleneck it can anyone recommend a cheaper/less powerful card that would match up well with my cpu. Thanks for the help.

My set up is:
i5 760 3.4ghz
GTX 470
4 gigs 1600 ram (will upgrade to 8)
also will probably get a SSD

How much more would I have to overclock it? It was getting pretty hot at 3.4ghz in prime95 at about 85c. Sorry pretty new to overclocking so don't know much. If it makes any difference I have:

That's not very good. I have the same CPU as you but at 3.6 GHz and a CM Hyper 212 EVO. I get 75 C full load. Try to reseat your CPU cooler.
