Will The Last Guardian Come to PC

So far from the looks of it, it sounds as though The Last Guardian is a PS4 exclusive, but does anyone know if this is 100% confirmed, or if there's a slim possibility of it coming to the PC, similar to Rise of the Tomb Raider?

Rise of the Tomb Raider was always planned as a timed exclusive for Xbox but my understanding for the Last Guardian is that it is a PS4 exclusive period.

Last Guardian will never come to PC or any other console aside from a Playstation console.

"Only on PlayStation". It might come to PS Now though.
