Motherboard And I was wondering it that mobo will fit into this case

The old case I have is basically dead it was the asus stock case that i modified the crap out of. I just really want a new look to my computer so im going with that case and that the other case is not very good with sound because the case rattled alot because the bottom of it came with no tabs.
