By seeing this picture, these black/red/blue rings are the screws, soo if your motherboard right now is micro-atx it should be using all that screws and if there are free spots for screws as for ATX size (on picture) you can fit it.

That case supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX. It will fit the MSI Z370-A PRO.
